Who I Coach
I coach overachieving athletes who crave real success, balance and fulfillment. You work hard and commit to things with your whole heart, yet find yourself struggling to be where you want to be and feel how you want to feel. Your balance is off, and something just isn’t working.
Maybe you’re seeing the results you want, but you’re struggling to feel good enough and fulfilled on the inside.
Perhaps your flame is burning out and you’ve lost your connection to the fun, joy and no-strings-attached challenge sport used to bring you.
Or you’re doing everything right physically but your mindset, inner resources, and daily routines are holding you back from expressing your full potential.
You want to shine, outside and inside. And you’re ready to try a new approach.

The Coaching Process
We connect for a no-cost consult to be sure we’re a great fit
We start by getting clear on where you want to go so our work together has the impact you’re after
We meet once or twice monthly (online via Zoom) and get to work!
We tune into your strengths, areas of growth and resistance, and potential blind spots. We identify what’s working and what isn’t
I create a customized coaching plan just for you. You are unique and deserve so much more than a cookie-cutter formula! This serves as your trail map to get you where you want to go
When we meet, we celebrate your wins, explore practices and tools to keep you moving forward, and plan the next steps along your trail
Between sessions, you’ll be working, growing, and observing what unfolds. I’ll be here for encouragement, troubleshooting, inspiration and accountability
You shine! At the end of our time together, we honour you and your journey, and get curious about the future
COACHING PROGRAMS
I offer two 1:1 coaching programs. Each gives you a highly customized experience and includes:
A free consultation to make sure we’re a great fit, answer your questions, and decide which program best meets your needs
An online assessment to get clear on your dreams, goals, and where you’re at right now
A customized coaching plan, unique to you. It’s your trail map forward—complete with checkpoints along the way—to where you want to go
Practices, tools, and support as you create sustainable and impactful habits (because how you do anything is how you do everything!)
Professional coaching, encouragement and accountability, guidance and understanding from a fellow athlete with 30+ years of combined experience as an athlete and performance coach (that’s me!)
Support and connection via e-mail and text between sessions
Here’s how we can work together:
Zone 2 Program
This program is a great fit if you’re committed to steadily moving forward and keeping pace toward your goals with less frequent direct guidance. We meet monthly, giving you extra space to process your learning and cultivate the supportive habits and practices that will keep you growing.
Duration: 6 months
Sessions: 1 per month (6 total)
Your investment: $2,500
Zone 4 Program
This program is for you if you like making your heart beat a little faster and you want to move quickly toward your goals. We meet every 2 weeks to keep you accountable, navigate speed bumps as they arise, and double down on keeping your motivation high.
Duration: 6 months
Sessions: 2 per month (12 total)
